可愛い!

Isn't he the cutest? Play-Asia are having a massive sale to coincide with the Chinese New Year and so are selling off hundreds of items - including our cute canine friend here (whom you can purchase here for just under £6) - for an obscenely reasonable price.

y of Nintendogs has sent me hunting for plushies relating to some of the cuter breeds. Play-Asia have a slew of breeds for sale by the black labrador has to be the cutest out of the bunch.

During my shopping spree, I also picked up a copy of Tokimeki Memorial: Girl's Side for around a tenner (I need it for an article I'm researching - seriously!) and have been meaning to sample this legendary series. I chose Girl's Side as I love the opening song, Signal, by the J-pop icons B'z. I just hope my Japanese is good enough to comprehend the game!

Quirky Facts About Lesley

Lesley hates the smell of almonds.

She is terrified of zombies and, despite loving horror films, is deeply unsettled by the idea of a zombie-themed apocalypse.

Lesley doesn't have a Wikipedia page but she does want one.

Her pet hates include: outsourced technical support, book-keeping, updating her website, bedroom editors (fanboys who set up websites and call themselves journalists), undead rogues, Tauren Boomkins and the Royal Mail 'handling charge' for items shipped from outside the UK.

Lesley has been writing fiction since she was ten, it's also how she taught herself to touch-type.

Along with other members of her family, she was born with Neurofibromatosis, type 1 (Nf1).

Lesley plays World of Warcraft a lot and has a Night Elf Druid named Serisa (GM of The Keepers of Lore) on EU-Daggerspine.

She loves technology and 'shiny' gadgets in the same way other women like shoes.

Lesley's tipple of choice is cider, preferably vintage, from Devon or France.

Her ambitions include swimming with dolphins and becoming a published author (as opposed to a published journalist).

She is one of the shortest video games journalists in the UK, standing at a mere 5ft 1".

Lesley can be recognised by her white cane, nicknamed The Sightsaber, and her habit of dressing in black whatever the season. She is not a goth or an emo.

A Pagan, Lesley was born on Samhain. Her family find this amusing, she finds it appropriate.

Her favourite colour is blue but she also likes rainbows and stained glass.

Lesley has a thing for stationary and likes to buy blank journals, what gets written in them is anyone's guess as she prefers to type (it's more orderly).

She has been mistaken for a PR person and a court usher.

Lesley lives with an ancient ginger 'kitten' called Jerry, better known as The Ginger One. He's eighteen years old and something of a family heirloom, having had four owners including her.
